Jeff Kemp

Jeff Kemp is a former NFL quarterback, author, and executive coach with a passion for building strong teams and even stronger families. Over 11 seasons in the NFL, Jeff played for the Rams, 49ers, Seahawks, and Eagles, overcoming challenges like being undrafted, benched, traded, and even cut midseason—experiences that shaped his message of resilience, faith, and leadership. He and his father, Jack Kemp, are one of only six NFL father-son quarterback duos in history.

After football, Jeff dedicated his life to strengthening marriages and families, founding Stronger Families and later serving as a Vice President at FamilyLife. Today, through the Jeff Kemp Team, he helps leaders, men’s groups, and businesses turn trials into growth through honest connection and vision-driven teamwork.

Jeff has spoken to over 1,300 audiences—from Fortune 500 companies to men’s retreats—always bringing transparency, humor, and practical wisdom. He’s the author of Facing the Blitz: Three Strategies for Turning Trials into Triumphs, and he continues to mentor leaders and couples alongside his wife, Stacy. They have four grown sons and two grandsons, and love skiing, tennis, and investing in relationships that matter.

The workshop will be held on May 10th in a private meeting space inside The Haverstick, a welcoming coworking hub and coffee shop on the north side of Indianapolis. Located at 9111 Haverstick Rd, it’s a comfortable, quiet space designed for meaningful conversation and connection—perfect for this kind of gathering.

Stick around after the workshop for a casual Q&A with Jeff and lunch from Smoking Pastor Project. Ask questions, hear Jeff’s unfiltered thoughts, and enjoy a great meal with the group. Suggested donation is $10 or more—proceeds go toward feeding the underprivileged in the Indy Metro area.4o
